Welcome to our Summer Rental on York Beach, Maine
Modern and spacious 1800 sq ft. Ranch style home with hardwood floors, 4 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The house has an open granite kitchen and living room/dining room with
additional tiled great room. House also has finished carpeted basement which can be used
for additional sleeping area as well as TV and play room.
-Located only 3/4 of a mile to either short sands or long sands beaches.
Indoor Area
-3 bedrooms (cable tv included)
-Master bedroom has one queen size bed
-Second bedroom has one queen size bed
-Third bedroom has one bunk bed (2 twins stacked) and an additional twin bed
-2 full bathrooms
-master bathroom includes shower/tub
-single bathroom has shower stall
-Sleeps 9 in bedrooms
-Additional sleeping area in basement (queen size bed, couch, cable tv included)
-Washer and Dryer included
-Air Conditioner and fans included
Outdoor area
-Located on 1/2 acre lot in a very private and wooded area close to beaches
-Backyard is fenced in including a deck attached to home
-Also has additional grassy areas for games and bike riding (child safe)
-Driveway with parking for eight cars
-Gas grill off of deck
-Deck includes table and chairs and two full recliners
-Living room opens to deck through sliding glass doors
No smoking indoors also a $250 refundable security deposit is needed.
Pets allowed with additional non-refundable $200 fee (per Owner's discretion)
